服務滿分，積極主動，而且能夠解決問題。第一天我們晚上十二點到，結果房間有點下水道味，想換房但沒了，讓管家拿了工具來開窗通風，晚上睡着也還行。第二天給我們升級換了珍珀套房，後面還補了伴手禮，還是很有誠意的。裝修很有質感，下次來貴陽還會選擇

豪華酒店裡難得的奢感酒店，用品和佈置都很有品味和誠意。服務周到細緻，早餐選擇多多，地理位置去博物館和吃喝購物都很方便，樓下就是阿雲朵倉，晚上出來逛逛也很愜意。

貴陽珍珀酒店果然名不虛傳，這次朋友出行選擇這家酒店，雖説價格不便宜，但是體驗真的超值，首先是這家酒店的裝修和佈局是設計師水平的，其次酒店的餐食酒水都品質非常高，服務也堪稱頂級每一個服務人員都以飽滿的熱情來工作特別是客房打掃的
水平也很高，他們家的玫瑰枕頭真的很舒服，睡一晚早上起來精神很充沛，這家酒店還經常舉辦音樂表演都是那種高水平有格調的音樂就間內放到藍調，聽着讓人身臨其境，住完之後還意猶未盡的，酒店的環境非常好，但是沒有問出的打擾蚊蟲也處理的特別好，為酒店服務人員點贊
