靠近火車站很近，跟着導航步行五分鐘左右就到了，在家屬區裏，有家的感覺，主人養了一院子漂亮的多肉，主人説天氣好可以觀看月亮，這兩天陰天看不了，留着下次來看吧，房間比想象中好很多，床墊比星級酒店還舒服，被子也乾乾淨淨的，不得不説一下他家的智能馬桶，用着很舒服，走的時候主人還送了幾顆多肉，

房子在三樓沒有電梯會比較麻煩，沒有找到一次性毛巾和一次性拖鞋😭
老闆服務態度很好，晚上還會問冷不冷，蠻貼心的
但是晚上離貴陽火車站太近了，會非常吵😢
