房間硬件衞浴設施是科勒和toto,床墊也很舒服，房間格局很喜歡，浴室間都是全明，管家apple全程都有問候，並且送了飲料和水果，非常滿意

1.入住酒店前，客服專門電話諮詢了我對房間需求，在我提出不住首尾端房間的需求後，第二天依然安排了尾端房？這內部管理也非常混亂了。
2.我們一行四人，下午2點40左右到達酒店，告知衹能入住其中一個房間，另外一個房間需要加急打掃，OK，那我先辦理其中一個房間入住，卻發現是2號樓的2827尾端房，跟我要求明確不符合。
3.在我電話客服中心，經過溝通後，突然又給了我三個房間選擇：1號樓9層房間、2號樓的3層、5層房間？從辦理入住前後不到十分鐘，就多了三間房可以選擇，那我請問前面説的沒有房間又是怎麼回事？
4.客户中心電話異常難以接通，平均等待需要超過1分鐘或者三次撥打以上，不知道是什麼原因。
5.我從8層房間換到5層之後，房間出現了明顯的異味+被褥潮濕的情況，而且房間馬桶漏水，每次使用完，馬桶邊上幾分鐘後會出現一灘水，房間花灑一半以上孔洞不出水，整體品控做的非常差勁，度假心情美好度-1。
6.酒店內部指示不明確，6樓可以出到户外泳池，但是沒有明確標識，出去中途多次問了服務員，也告示我需要上8樓再繞到户外，但是我回房間過程發現酒吧旁有門直接可以回到2號樓6層…
7.室內泳池被外包給游泳培訓，作為均價1400-1500/晚的酒店，居然需要把自己的泳池外包出去掙這個外快，體驗感再-1。

衹能説還有進步的空間。早餐做得最好。雖然人多但是不雜亂。親子活動少了些。如果衹住兩天還好，再往後就是重複的活動了。
