1. 假麗楓，大堂，電梯，車庫等全是寫的麗楓，查詢錦江集團被告知並無此店。
2.黴斑/男士短髮/女士長髮/污漬應有盡有，一看就不是當時形成的印記！！我們7點多入住後，小孩點了個外賣吃了我們就出門了，事情發生過後誣陷是我們入住後自己弄臟的。
3.態度極其惡劣，40分鐘不處理，於是報警。換的房間也很臟很臟。最後三點多退房了，酒店方不予退款。
翻了翻差評才看到23年開始就是如此，現在依然囂張。
想半夜極限拉扯的就訂吧 一定一個不吱聲。

避雷！！避雷！！避雷！！住過全國各地很多家麗楓酒店，印象都還不錯，唯獨貴陽花溪這個店真的刷新了我的三觀，酒店設施老舊，洗手枱的水龍頭一打開就濺得一身都是水，毛巾也是用得都起毛邊了都捨不得換新的，跟擦腳布一樣，浴巾也是很隨便的就放在洗手枱下面的玻璃隔板上，玻璃隔板上還很多沒擦乾淨的水印，關鍵玻璃隔板離地很近，而且在水台下麪很容易滋生黴菌的地方用來放洗沐浴棉拭的毛巾，不曉得是不是在牆上安裝個架子放毛巾浴巾都安裝不起！ 同行家人的房間更是離譜，床單上全是黴點跟污漬，要求更換房間，給我們説沒有房間了，説可以拿床單來自己換一下，住過這麼多酒店，第一次遇到讓客户自己換床單的，真的是離了個大譜！還有更奇葩的是，住進去了才發現酒店內部設施全部打的麗楓的牌子，但是平台上酒店名字是叫麓楓，也是醉了，這個真的是李逵遇上李鬼了，難怪服務衞生都這麼差！從此以後麗楓酒店可能會進入我選擇酒店的黑名單了！！
