酒店前台服務很好，每個人都微笑服務並耐心的回答我的問題，還貼心的為我們升級了房型，房間乾淨整潔，温泉也很舒服，值得再來。

很少給差評，這次真的是忍無可忍。作為五星酒店，服務水平簡直低到讓人無語。前台全程冷臉接待，沒有任何問候，帶着兩個孩子，大包小包和箱子，居然沒有服務員幫助，前台人不少，都是冷眼看着沒人幫助，感覺愛住不住。送了兩張温泉票，前台不介紹怎麼使用，到了温泉前台，服務員攔着一定要給7歲的小孩補50元，和服務員説希望和前台溝通，看能否贈送，前台一臉鄙夷説是不行，自己感覺真是被深深的冒犯了。總結：服務態度太差，專業素質太低，服務意識欠缺，禮儀缺失嚴重，與酒店品牌嚴重不符。希望能好好改進，擺正位子，把顧客當顧客。

攜妻來貴州避暑旅遊，早在攜程預訂了這家酒店，主要是想享受一下酒店的天然室外温泉，妻對温泉挺喜歡滿意，我要對前台小哥小姐姐提點建議，也許我們去的是早了點，但也不要一句冷冰冰的話“現在沒房間，我們兩點辦理入住”啥意思？兩點前概不接客？兩點前不該過來？你們不能加上“不好意思”幾個字嗎？出去吃完午飯回來入住後，泡了會温泉不愉快也忘了。今天在貴陽市裡換了一家凱賓斯基大酒店，也是五星，這種情況就避免了，在沙發喝茶等了會，小美女把房卡給送過去，一句“不好意思先生，讓您久等了！”這家酒店更大，客人更多。細節暖人心啊！儘管如此，我還是要給保利國際温泉酒店五星好評的。

該酒店客房存在安全隱患！入住標間，晚上睡覺孩子掉下床，頭被磕出一個洞，額頭也撞出一個大包，半夜自行打車前往醫院。退房時跟酒店反應問題，給出的答覆是，加微信下次來貴陽繼續入住給最低價。（等着再磕一個洞？而且我是去旅遊的，十年內都不見得再去一次！）
