很少吐槽，工作人員服務態度是真好。但屋子空調沒冷風，淋浴間漏水嚴重，早餐混亂麪包菜品很多都空了，咖啡機滿了，沒人管，一堆旅遊團的鬧鬧哄哄。行政禮遇，到了酒廊，沒服務員，特別熱，不開空調，到前台問小吃，説小吃先讓去三層點，到了三層，説人手少，衹有五點整給做十分鐘，其他時間沒有，可笑。晚上1點多，隔壁東北大媽打開房門大聲聊天，繼續幾個小時，可怕。。。最最可怕，早晨8：30左右，坐電梯，到了9層，按鍵全滅，然後電梯直接掉到8層，門開了，電梯里人都嚇死了，通知酒店後，電梯還繼續開着，非要出人命麼？工作人員服務態度是不錯。

諾富特酒店非常的不錯，位置好，性價比非常高，重要客户來都訂的這裏，前台的小哥哥小姐姐們非常的熱情也非常的專業，辦理入住高效又周到。酒店地理位置簡直滿分，出門步行可以到達民生路小吃街，地道貴陽美食一步直達，步行到甲秀樓也超方便，很近，吃完飯走走非常的愜意，周邊景點打卡完全不用愁交通。雖然酒店有些年頭，但重在維護得很好，酒店的設施齊全，床品柔軟舒適，完全感受不到陳舊感！大堂設有歡飲茶和機器人！非常的方便，外賣不用下樓取。小廖經理幫忙了很多，很不錯，強烈推薦給來貴陽旅遊的朋友～
