這次住得超滿意！從前台接待到客房打掃，管家小姚都特別用心。房間佈置温馨，設施全，住得舒服，以後還選這兒，酒店景色很好，管家服務非常到位，附近吃的特別多，交通便利，離機場非常近，客服中心CiCi很好，服務很好，下次一定還過來，

這應該是這次在貴州住的最貴，也應該是最豪華，入住最舒服的酒店了，早餐也是最好的酒店了，雖然行程還沒結束。酒店走廊還放置了好多台加濕（空氣清新器），雖然都是封閉窗子，卻一點也無異味。貴有貴的道理啊！房間裏能直接看到甲秀樓和南明河。妻子一路想花錢買大片看，正好凱賓斯基電視還能免費看，妻説再來貴陽還住這家酒店。

早上換酒店到凱賓斯基，先把行李寄存在酒店準備出去玩。禮賓部小夥子服務態度很好，特意送我們旅遊地圖介紹好玩的地方。辦理入住時前台小哥特意送孩子早餐，房間也很大，50層的視野也非常好。健身房設施相當不錯，就是泳池稍微缺點5星級酒店的氣質。管家貼心的送了水果盤，minibar的飲料免費喝，早餐尤其豐盛還有貴陽特色的腸旺請。

住過對面的索菲特後，對比凱賓斯基，無論從地理位置、房間面積、房間設施相比都比索菲特好太多了，索菲特除了窗景可以看到甲秀樓，其他真的一無是處。
設施：房間有智能馬桶，寬敞整潔，房間內佈局舒服。
服務：行政酒廊的服務一般，餐點不會及時補充。
