這家亞朵酒店的地理位置比較便利，去市內其他幾個商圈的距離也就十幾分鍾。酒店的服務水平一直屬於中上，不同區域的前台有些許服務態度上的差異，但大多還是偏親和有禮。
4號住了一晚，第二單預訂，前台小姐姐自動幫我進行原房續住，且衞生清理也安排得及時到位。但是，不太幸運的是，在續住的第二晚，我遇上了酒店自來水管爆裂，整個17樓都泡了大片。如果不是我淺眠聽到滴水聲，起床看到房間地面濕窪窪並打電話向酒店提出狀況時，我都不知道！雖然在凌晨4點通話時，酒店有提出可換房間（瞭解狀況不是很糟且對我沒什麼影響，我選擇暫時不換），態度是好的，但方式不對！首先，遇到這樣的情況，應該及時通知到17層的所有入住客户。不及時的通知，有可能造成行李和鞋子的浸泡，這樣會影響客人後續的出行或工作安排。勉強來説，幸好衹是水管爆裂，如果是火警，地震或者其他，酒店的應對方式就很欠缺應急和妥當。我早上10點離開酒店時，整個樓層過道的地毯都是泡水濕漉漉的，我每踏一步鞋子就濕一點，如果酒店能及時通知和重災區的吸水處理，相信在我回程的6小時裏，不至於難受着。雖然前台給了小禮品作為安慰（袋裝茶葉咖啡喝油炸辣豆乾啥的），但我覺得還不如給一次性拖鞋和襪子呢[捂臉]
