酒店位置還不錯，樓下很多吃的。訂了個家庭房，兩個一米八的大床，這個房間在躍層，小徐前台送了早餐券。

酒店環境很好，隔音也不錯，一整晚住下來很安靜，旁邊夜宵挺多的下樓就是，交通也方便離地鐵站高鐵站都不遠，主要就是方便，下次還來住，前台小徐同學態度非常好。

酒店服務特別好，前台小徐非常有耐心，給我介紹了房間以及早餐的位置，像我們這個第一次入住的真的感覺很暖心，他們房間看着都特別新，衞生也打掃得很乾凈，住酒店最在意的就是酒店衞生，就怕不乾淨，但他們家真的非常乾淨，拿着早餐去19樓用餐，他們家的早餐真的品種很多，呵吃着也很好吃，準備退房的時候還很貼心的問了我有沒有停車在第二停車場，如果有的話，他們需要錄車牌號，出去才會免費，不提醒的話，我可能真的就直接開出去了，還會自己付錢， 他們的服務房間乾淨衞生，這個酒店都非常值得推薦的。

但要吐槽的事：①由於我們是澳門人，我們會説普通話，雖然不標準，我們也會聽，但是可能有的詞語會理解的慢一點，前台小姐姐説話又有點快，所以我們會反覆多問一次前台小姐姐，因此小姐姐會有點不耐煩，還好旁邊的另一位前台小姐姐再幫忙解釋一下，再此為旁邊的前台小姐姐點贊👍
吐槽②：住了這麼多酒店，還沒説要求兩張門卡時，另一張房卡要收50元按金，（當然雖然退房的時候會原路返回 ）好吧，這次遇到了，也罷！
吐槽③：進了房間後，一股味，衞生嘛，看圖↓就不説了哈，沙發也是痕跡斑斑的，都不敢坐。
吐槽④：連鎖酒店，我們訂的是雙床房，一張床衹有一個薄薄的枕頭，不是應該一張床有兩個枕頭嗎？礦泉水也衹有一瓶，呵呵！
本來訂的是兩晚，最後退了一晚。
第一次在攜程訂酒店寫差評，一般一點點小問題我都會給好評的，但這次真的住的不愉快！

房間很不錯，就是設施稍微舊了點，畢竟是19年的房子，但維護的挺不錯，房間比周邊的都大，衞生也不錯，重點是服務特別好，有求必應。
還一點，觀山湖這片街道比較整齊且乾淨，最主要是美食超多，特別方便。
就一點問題，很多酒店共用一個公寓樓，公寓樓的電梯比連鎖酒店的要慢許多，我們還趕上3部電梯壞了1部，加上外賣一起乘坐電梯，上來一次要15-20分鐘，雖然是酒店無法解決的問題，但大大降低了體驗感。
酒店的早餐也很不錯，爸媽每天都吃的很舒服，對於吃不慣當地早餐且不吃辣的長者來説這點還是很周到的。
