酒店服務熱情，這次出來，吃了很多貴陽小吃，小朋友吃壞了肚子，上吐下瀉的，把馬桶都堵了，酒店及時派人過來疏通，並表示如果通不了就給換房間，最後弄好了，非常棒。

前台服務熱情、周到、細緻，耐心的解答問題並給升級了房間。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，空調、熱水等很給力。早餐很好，還可以煮粉煮麪。停車場到2樓前台極為方便，但導航到酒店時要繼續向前開約200米右轉進入“地下”，再右轉開回到酒店2樓前台的後面，下車進門就是前台。順便，前台的免費意式特濃咖啡相當的OK。
