超預期居住體驗，性價比也極高！入住提前打電話確定了有小孩居住，提前準備了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷，也送了AD鈣奶等小孩愛喝的飲品。
服務：到店可以選擇一些親子小童項目可以體驗，小孩選擇了串手鍊和塗鴉，玩得很開心。
環境：環境很雅緻，孔學堂和十里河灘旁邊，古色古香。

首先肯定一點，酒店主題還是有特色的，周邊環境也很舒服（這也是選擇你們家的核心原因）
但是，這些主題特色作為你們酒店賣點，為什麼每人介紹？早上10點多了，還沒人在各種文化體驗區等待客人？完全是擺設一樣！
還有你酒店周邊環境本來是好的，可是到處圍起來不讓客人逛，是什麼意思？防客人？從市裡大老遠來你們家就衹是住個店？
最最重要的：你們是一家酒店！！請問你們家作為酒店最基本的設施都不完善好？還開什麼酒店？1.洗漱用品竟然放個空的在櫃子裏？2.洗漱台的下水那麼大問題不解決？3.調好的洗澡水，間隔幾分鐘就特別燙？還好沒有給嬰兒洗澡！燙傷你們酒店負責嗎？？？
總結一下，你們酒店定位説“準五星酒店”完全就是笑話！！！從前台到周邊設施到房間都是一副即將倒閉的狀態！！！對了，還説漏了一點！衞生間返異味，你們客服部打掃沒發現？？？
