出來旅遊是玩累了回酒店休息，結果遇到的房間臟亂差。1.房間地上衞生間真的臟（懷疑有沒有打算過）牆面衞生也差的要死2.洗澡洗一半突然沒熱水，打電話一問説是現在洗的人太多，要等會，酒店不會提前預料一下節假日人多的情況，準備個備選方案嗎？就是這麼解決問題的嗎？人着涼了怎麼辦？體驗感極差！3.沒有停車場，停進小區收費也巨貴，第二天7點就走停車費用都是28元。請問這是哪裡來的規定？？？？？？
