🛏 乾淨整潔：房間的衞生狀況不錯，能感受到酒店在清潔方面下了很大功夫。
💁 優質服務：退房時發生了個小插曲，孩子落下了電動牙刷，等我們發現時，阿姨已經當垃圾處理掉了。沒想到酒店主動聯繫我們，説會買個同款的給我們寄到家。沒過幾天，真的收到了一模一樣的電動牙刷，這種認真對待客人遺失物品處理問題的態度，讓人覺得很滿意👍！

酒店換乘電梯確實得留意下，但前台會有人帶路，省了自己繞路的麻煩，這點挺貼心。房間設施夠用，空間也敞亮，住着舒服。有事兒找工作人員，迴應也挺及時。[強]

在網上預訂了酒店，辦理入住時才知道前台和客房不在同一樓層——後來發現這一帶的酒店大多如此，大概是地勢原因。好在辦理完入住後，有前台小姐姐熱情地引領我們到房間。客房所在的樓層裝修得挺不錯，環境也很好，房間裏的設施很齊全。而且樓層比較高，挺驚喜的。

相中了這種房間，就來試試，離北站近。非常適合家庭出遊，也不算安靜。有兩個衞生間，人多適用。提個小意見，小床這邊應該也鋪一個墊子，乾淨軟和一些。還有全是酒店，電梯使用得人多。
