For example, two days before my trip, she specially wrote a travel guide for Guiyang for me. Her smile and sincerity made me feel the care of family, rather than a formulaic service. Last night I checked into Hilton, and the butler Frank thoughtfully prepared the room in advance. Cici enthusiastically recommended the signature breakfast, the soft waffles with fresh fruits were unforgettable. The comfortable bedding and thoughtful service made me sleep well all night.

The hotel entrance smelt heavenly ,it was clean and the hotel staff were friendly .The check in process was smooth and swift .The room was spacious ,clean and the bed was comfortable .The hotel offers a delicious buffet ,and hotel guests get a discount .There is seafood ,meat ,sides and dessert .A special thank you to Cissie Yang ,she left a cute birthday note to me .I would definitely come back .

Booked a room online for a colleague. Although I haven't experienced the hotel's services in person, the feedback from my colleague is still very good. When I checked in at the front desk, there was someone in the lobby to help me with tea and water. Fruits were also delivered to the room. The check-in experience was great. The hotel is really good. I called the front desk again when I needed an invoice later. I added Xiao Lei on WeChat and shared the hotel's facilities, hygiene, services and environment online. 之前都懶得評價的，這次住得實在太滿意了！！ 找了很久的酒店，大多評價都是環境又差又小又貴，來貴陽前一直很擔心這次酒店會很差，還好來了這一家！ 24小時管家秒回訊息隨叫隨到，前台的小姐姐都好温柔好細心～一開始我們住的上面房間老有聲音，管家馬上上去幫我們看了，最後還是吵就給我們升級了房型。 住了四晚，每天都會過來打掃衞生，收拾得很乾凈 很難得有這個飲水機，之前酒店那些燒水壺都很臟不敢用！ 還有智能傢俱，小度雖然有時候笨笨的，但可以控制空調投影燈光和窗簾，給我們放音樂。 馬桶也是智能沖水的，投影效果也很不錯！ 每天都有兩杯咖啡，還有小零食。 洗衣房可以免費用而且還有烘乾。 最後要走的時候還追過來給我們送了一袋薯片、一個小風扇… 除了住在觀山湖這邊出行有點點不方便，電梯可能等得有點久外，其他都很好，難怪之前看到的都是5.0的評分☺️
