I recently stayed at Qing Lan Hotel in Guilin and had an exceptional experience. Upon arrival, the check-in process was quick and efficient, and I was immediately handed my room key. My room had a beautiful mountain view, and everything was spotless. The bathroom was spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast each morning was delicious with a great variety of options. The hotel staff were outstanding—extremely friendly and helpful. They gave great recommendations for nearby attractions and even provided me with a hotel bike to explore the scenic area, which was a nice touch. Although the hotel is a bit far from downtown, it’s absolutely worth staying for a peaceful and scenic holiday. The view of the famous Karst Mountains from the hotel is breathtaking. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this hotel for just one night and we didn't regret our choice for a second. It was a wonderful decision! We chose a room with a bathtub by the window specifically for the stunning view of the forest and river it offered – absolutely breathtaking. We loved everything about the room: the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the heat, and the orthopedic mattress and pillows were so comfortable (a special thank you for that!). The room was spotless, and everything was in perfect working order. The front desk staff are wonderful people! Communication was tricky without knowing Chinese, but every single employee was incredibly friendly and tried so hard to help us, using translators with patience. A huge thank you for your help with AliPay – we had a payment issue, and the administrators solved it for us. Furthermore, one of the front desk ladies helped us book exactly the tour we needed. Since the standard tours didn't suit our specific route request, she went out of her way to help us organize everything. We had breakfast included, but we had to leave too early to enjoy it. So that we wouldn't go hungry, the incredibly thoughtful staff offered us croissants and milk! We also made great use of the coffee machine in the lobby. Thank you so much to the hotel for such a comfortable and memorable stay! We highly recommend it.
