Guilin Xiufeng District 4-star Hotels

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Such a convenient location right on the main pedestrian street. There was some noise from street below in the evenings but very tolerable and was able to get good sleep. Rooms are bright and spacious. Love our little tea area by the window. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Be sure to try the ginger date hot tea in the lobby! Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 10-minute walk from the Sun and Moon Pagodas and 15 minutes from the Elephant Trunk Hill Scenic Area. This makes it incredibly convenient for guests to explore the city, shop, and sightsee. The hotel's interior is spotless, and upon arrival, we were even offered a refreshing sour plum soup to cool down. The rooms are well-appointed with complete amenities, and I particularly appreciated the separate design of the bedroom and bathroom, which felt both spacious and upscale. The front desk staff were also very welcoming and provided detailed information. During the off-peak season, when rooms are readily available, they even offer complimentary room upgrades. Overall, it was a fantastic accommodation experience.

Where does one start? We were here for only 2 nights before we headed to Yangshao but would have liked to stay longer. The location is convenient, walking distance to the sun & moon and various restaurant/shops. The hotel is pristine. The rooms were excellent; clean, firm bed, fantastic shower, well equipped with the usual toiletries.... anything else was available from the reception. No need for the traditional kettle as there was an instant water dispenser for tea or other, varying the temperature as desired. It's very tech savvy, good for me but did need to explain to my elderly parents. There's a free laundry service, breakfast was just right with a diverse selection of offerings. The restaurant for dinner was good value with delicious offerings. Most of all, were the super helpful and friendly staff; from reception, breakfast service, dinner and housekeeping... they were faultless. I highly recommend.The hotel piccies are a true reflection of the rooms so not sharing but will post a picture of the Guilin famous beer fish dish, which was very yummy. ❤️

For our first stop in Guilin, we stayed at this city-center hotel. Though it's been open for several years, the facilities are very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, and we even received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. The location is superb, with everything easily accessible, and shared bikes are available right outside. The breakfast was plentiful, and the Guilin rice noodles were especially delicious. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.

1) The room was impeccably clean and tidy, boasting distinctive decor. It was perfectly hygienic and completely odor-free. 2) The hotel boasts a prime location, situated right beside Elephant Trunk Hill Park. From the rooftop, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Sun and Moon Pagodas and a panoramic vista of Elephant Trunk Hill. What's more, it's incredibly convenient to visit Jingjiang Prince City, the Sun and Moon Pagodas, and Zhengyang Pedestrian Street, as they are all within very close proximity. This proximity to major attractions is a significant advantage, especially on a hot day. A helpful tip for visiting Elephant Trunk Hill Park: remember to enter through Gate 3, which is right next to the hotel, and exit through Gate 2. 3) The front desk staff consists of friendly and attentive young men and women who provide excellent and thoughtful service. A major bonus is the complimentary water refills. 4) The hotel offers a wide variety of delicious breakfast options. (I have photos to prove it!)

The room was clean and tidy, with a charming traditional tea culture aesthetic. The location is excellent, right in Dongxi Alley. You'll find plenty of food options downstairs, and Zhengyang Street is just across the road. The Sun and Moon Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill are also within walking distance.

We initially booked for one night, but found it so comfortable my husband asked me to extend our stay for another. After two days exploring Guilin, this hotel truly impressed us! It's smart, spacious, clean, and the service is excellent. I would definitely recommend it to any friends visiting Guilin. Just a small suggestion: the children's play area needs better management. Both kids and adults were playing without socks, and adults' bare feet were stepping in the ball pit. Plus, there were older kids playing in there too, which makes it easy for younger toddlers to get bumped or hurt.

Brand new hotel from 2025, with amazing staff, super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable but also the pillows. Amazing for a good night of sleep after a long trip. Sadly we didn’t had a chance to use the pool. But looks great for a relaxing time.

So far the best hotel we’ve stayed in China. It’s located in MIXC shopping center and has a lot of restaurants and shops just outside of the hotel. The hotel itself is on the 5th floor of the bloc on the right side. As you enter turn right to the elevators. We got upgraded as the room was not ready for our early check-in. The staff tried their best to accommodate us and ensure we had comfortable stay. Fresh fruits everyday, more water bottles if requested. Free laundry on the 5th floor. No smoking odor in the room and corridors. Just one thing is that it’s mysteriously cold in the room even in 30 degrees outside. We even had to turn on the air conditioner on heating. But I think it rather serves as a proof that the air ventilation works just right. Can recommend with 100%!

The room was very spacious, with a large bed and central air conditioning. There was a tatami seating area by the bay window, perfect for relaxing. We also received a complimentary souvenir fridge magnet of the local attractions, which was a nice touch. The pedestrian street was very close, just a short walk away, and there were tons of local eateries and snack options right downstairs. Before we left, they even gave us two complimentary bottles of water. The staff were exceptionally efficient, responsive, friendly, and helpful. They even reminded me when I accidentally left a pair of underwear behind, haha!
