The hotel was new, so it was clean. The location was excellent as it was next to the shopping street where there were street stalls at night, and hipster cafes in the day to visit. In the middle of the city. Only thing was, there were steps to get into the hotel so a big luggage might be cumbersome and no real drop off for taxing coaches and taxis. The fixtures are falling apart though, even though the hotel is new, so I am not sure how it will be by 2026:) Other than that, after staying in several hotels in China, I think it’s best to stay in a new or newly renovated hotel.
