We had a wonderful stay at Baiyue Hotel in Guilin! From the moment we walked in, the grand lobby entrance made a beautiful first impression. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready with helpful recommendations and a smile. The location is very convenient, yet the hotel sits slightly tucked away from the main road, which was perfect for us traveling with two toddlers—safe, quiet, and easy to access. Parking was a breeze with plenty of space right out front. Little supermarket AND Shanghai dumping place opens 24 hours a day RIGHT CROSS THE STREET! We stayed in the family suite and absolutely loved it. The room was spacious, especially the bathrooms, which made things so much easier with little ones. One of the best perks was the free washer and dryers available to guests. The laundry room is secured by room keys, which felt safe and private. There’s a fantastic Cantonese restaurant directly connected to the hotel—so convenient and delicious! We especially enjoyed the dim sum and dinner options. There’s also a great little coffee spot downstairs that makes great latte! All in all, Baiyue Hotel is totally worth the money we paid. Highly recommend it for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Guilin!

Location is also great easy to go to the downtown and sightseeing by taxi 20 mins and far away from the crowd and more into the hills. Price is amazing too. My girlfriend and I decided to come here to play basketball. We originally booked a one-night stay and went to the city center for the next two days. However, it was so beautiful here that we stayed for two more nights. The service was very good. She also helped cut papaya and gave us cucumbers that we grew ourselves. The cousin from Guangxi was cute and kind! It was only 20 yuan to take a taxi from the city center. The scenery was right outside the window. The bath water should be hot springs, right? It was so soft after taking a bath! There was also mineral water provided by the hotel, which you must drink! You must bring back one

It can't be used. The TV is bad and can't be turned on. The front desk lady is very good and the service attitude is superb. She patiently answered the questions we asked. The apartment is still very good overall.
