Great staying experience with perfectly maintained facilities and intelligent room control panel. There is also a 24-hour butler service through wechat which was very convenient and the staff was responsive. Special thanks to all the friendly receptionists and staff, especially Mr Wang from front desk, who addressed our questions with great passion and empathy. Would revisit when I come to Guilin again!

The hotel is beautiful and ideally located but what makes it outstanding is its exceptional customer service that truly goes above and beyond for its guests, making your stay a luxurious experience. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, while the on-site restaurant delivers a delightful dining experience. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions on foot, and the staff makes it easy to arrange transportation for destinations farther away. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its unparalleled service, easily among the best I’ve encountered as an avid traveler.

The staff, amenities and services were great in the hotel. Here are some highlights: 1. Helpful staff We got room upgrades upon check in. They also helped us book the LiRiver cruise plus the transportation to the cruise port. They also have delicious sweet soup delivered to our room at night. 2. Comfortable room and beds The room was equipped with a table and big chairs, and the bed and pillows were very comfy. 3. Stunning views We had dinner at the Cloud restaurant at the hotel. Even though the food at the dinner didn’t amaze us, the view from the restaurant was amazing. 4. Tasty breakfast There are a lot of selections at the breakfast buffet. We really like all the local specialties, i.e. RedBeanRiceCakes, TofuNoodles, GuilinRiceNoodles. We all feel it tasted a lot better than the dinner. Overall, we had a great experience at Li River hotel. I would rate it 5 out of 5 of every things.

Beyond my expectation. Service is at tip top. Walkable to many places of interest within 400m. The receptionists were so helpful giving directions as where to go and assist to call for cab anytime i needed the service. Remarkable housekeeper aunty, asking me need not wait for my laundry as she will make sure it is all done and will deliver to my room, she even drop me a note after sending the laundry on my bed. Got a upgraded family room which was spacious and on the high floor. The hotel 7th floor has a small pool and nice view of the Jingjang Wangfu background and the ancient city. They do served tea at 3pm with some nice cookies and desserts, breakfast was awesome with order to make famous Guilin Noodle soup. The hotel is in the heart of Guilin, close to the Sun and Moon Pagoda and the Shan lake. We had a room with a view on the mountains where we saw the sunset. The room has all toiletries and is clean and comfortable. They also have free laundry facilities. We booked our cruise on the Li river with the reception which was very handy as transportation to the dock was included.

Spacious room, clean and modern. Quick check-in and friendly service. Located within walking distance from the pedestrian street as well as the other main sights in city center area. Balconies facing the riverside. River can be viewed from the rooftop terrace. Highly recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the Li River, across the road from Fubo Mountain Park, next to East-West Lane, and within walking distance to the Pedestrian Street, Seven-Star Park, and Elephant Trunk Hill Park. It's very convenient. The hotel has a wide variety of breakfast options, and most importantly, the service is very good. As soon as you enter the hotel, you are greeted politely. The facilities and equipment are also very new, and the room was upgraded. I will choose their hotel again when I come to Guilin next time.

The lighting in washing quite dark. The cleaniness of the towel in washing room not quite good as found some dirty. The location is good & convenient to several site seeing place.

Finally, before the New Year, I took the high-speed train from Chongqing to Guilin to bask in the sun. The location is opposite Guilin Vientiane City. I was a little worried that it would be noisy at night, but I didn't know that the soundproofing of the hotel was very good. As a light sleeper, I didn't feel any sound at all when I fell asleep. Another treasure of this hotel is that they have a rooftop with a lot of green plants! If you rush to take pictures on the mountain when the sun goes down! You can take a photo of Manhattan with the city in front, the sunset and the mountain behind. I booked a double bed room. The room was very clean and the bed was big enough to accommodate 3.4 people. I can pose however I want on it. All electrical appliances are smart voice controlled! Full of sense of technology. The hotel also has its own swimming pool, Pilates, and laundry room. It’s really a good deal to stay in such a comprehensive hotel at this price! The second floor is a breakfast room and a Western restaurant, where you can have coffee and drink at night. Everything was perfect. The hotel is situated in a lively yet slightly quieter area, surrounded by numerous cafés, restaurants and shops. It is conveniently located at the midpoint between Jingjiang Princes’ Palace and the Two Rivers & Four Lakes Scenic Area, both about a 20-minute walk away. The front desk service was impeccable—polite, helpful, and attentive. They provide information about the surroundings and transportation via WeChat, which is especially convenient. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well-appointed, with a high-end feel. No detail was overlooked; for example, the bathroom floor was heated, and the provided tea was delightful.
