Guilin Xiangshan District Hotels

Such a delightful hotel! Being right on the lake, my room had a view of one of Guilin's beautiful, lit bridges. The decor was masterful, and the staff's friendliness made the stay all the better. Already want to come back!

Probably the best customer experience in China so far! Staff is extremely nice and helpful, even though not all speak English. Hotel team does the best to make your stay amazing! Hotel has central location, about 7 mins walk to Sun/Moon Pagodas. Room is huge in Twin, comfy bed, bath tab, shower, all the necessary supplies and complimentary soda drinks in the fridge 💖 breakfast is mainly Chinese traditional, but still you can find many variations for western taste. There is a SPA in the building and Tourist counter where you can book all excursions. Hotel staff efficiently arranged 2 sessions of massage in the SPA for late evening hours and massage was just fantastic! You can also get the discount as a resident. On the first floor there is super tasty Hong-Kong style restaurant. As I already mentioned, hospitality and care was amazing ! Would definitely choose again and recommend this accommodation! P.S extra thanks to a guy from morning shift on the front desk (sorry, don’t know the name)! Very caring 💖 and more thanks for unexpected traditional style gifts that we received on our check-out and leaving 💖

The hotel's ambiance is fantastic, situated right beside the scenic attraction, offering direct access to the area without even needing to step outside. The service is exceptionally meticulous and thoughtful across all departments, including security, front desk, and room service (special mention to staff members #5, #8, #1, and #16 for their outstanding service) 😊. They also offer a delightful afternoon tea, along with complimentary ethnic costumes perfect for photo opportunities. The various settings are incredibly picturesque, making for some truly stunning shots – absolutely brilliant! 😊😊 This is definitely a hotel worth recommending for anyone traveling to Guilin.

Booked 3 different rooms for the family. We were quite happy with all types of rooms. Our parents got upgraded to the biggest room and they were pleased with the view, they ended up staying in the hotel more than they should.  The skybar is under renovation, so unfortunately we couldnt take nice photo with the view.  However, the much needed free foot spa + afternoon tea set (in Ctrip package) made the stay worthwhile esp after a tiring walk in Yangshuo or Longji.  The service is top notch! They are all quick to answer in butler wechat group, and very helpful.

Our first day in Guilin started with a stay at the Jingxiang Hotel. From the seamless station pick-up to our comfortable check-in, the experience was wonderful, and my child was immediately captivated by the charming elephant decor. The hotel enjoys a superb downtown Guilin location, offering unparalleled convenience for both dining and exploring local attractions. Elephant Trunk Hill, a renowned landmark, is directly opposite, and the iconic Sun and Moon Pagodas are right next door. It's truly a hotel enveloped by scenic spots; you can essentially cover Guilin's major sights just by strolling around the vicinity. The service was remarkably thoughtful, and any questions or issues were addressed with impressive swiftness. Both the hotel's overall ambiance and its facilities are exceptional. For first-time visitors to Guilin who may be unfamiliar with the city, Jingxiang is undoubtedly a prime recommendation and a decision you won't regret. Its location, amenities, and service are all outstanding.

The hotel room is clean and hygienic. The front desk staff is very good and enthusiastic. They introduced us to the tourist routes and attractions in Yangshuo. They also upgraded the special room for us for free. The room is clean, tidy and hygienic. The room sister is very polite. There is also a large parking lot. It is very cost-effective. Recommended

Facilities: Overall, the hotel facilities are quite good. The only minor issue was that the handheld showerhead in our room wasn't working. Most rooms are equipped with voice-activated smart controls. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was generally good. However, when we first arrived yesterday, the duvet felt a little damp. It was fine after we turned on the air conditioning and left for a while. Environment: The Sun and Moon Pagodas are visible right outside the hotel. It's incredibly convenient to get to Elephant Trunk Hill – just walk past the security guard post, head straight past the ICBC bank, and you'll reach it. However, upon arrival, our navigation system took us on a convoluted route to the back entrance. It's actually much simpler: just turn right near the bank, and you're right there, no need for the detour. Service: The service was generally good. We left quite early in the morning, so we just grabbed an Americano, which was decent.

The hotel boasts a pleasant and clean environment, conveniently located in the city center and very close to tourist attractions, all within walking distance. The lobby on the first floor is incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The fourth floor offers a buffet restaurant, self-service laundry facilities, and a gym – very thoughtfully designed. There's also a children's playground for families with young children. I highly recommend this hotel. They even provide complimentary disposable makeup remover and shoe polish, which is very thoughtful for women. 👭

The attitude of the service staff is very good, active and enthusiastic, and there are not too many people to help solve small problems. It feels so cool to not have to queue for a long time. The experience is great. This is great. It is completely my heart. It is crazy for everyone. Amway.

The room had a great view. We arrived a bit early, and our twin room wasn't quite ready yet. Seeing that we had a child, the lovely lady at the front desk proactively upgraded us to a family room. Our little one was absolutely thrilled upon entering the room, which featured a rocking horse and a small tent. The spacious room offered plenty of room for activities, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. In the morning, we took our child for breakfast. We also discovered facilities like a ball pit upstairs. If only we hadn't been in a rush, we would have loved to stay for another two days! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Guilin. The gentleman at the front desk was also very attentive and helpful whenever we needed something or had questions.
