Authentic Chinese Hospitality Experience! -Location was superb, opposite Guilin North Station (桂林北站). There are many restaurants and souvenir shops next to the hotel and railway station. -Room was clean and had Chinese traditional decor and furnishings which was our main reason to stay here. -The two young front reception staff were outstanding, very warm, polite and hospitable. The best of all of our hotel stays in China. - The welcome drink has unique local flavours. - The breakfast has ample local dishes and overlooking The Railway North Station with the beautiful hills of Guilin as backdrop. - The corridor has a collection of porcelains but the lighting was not bright enough for us to appreciate them. Must walk below the light sensor to have brighter lights to be switched on automatically. - Only disappointment was the tobacco smell at the public area as guests were allowed smoking at the reception sofa area.

Hotel provided exceptional quality service. They even ofered free laundry service which was a huge surprise for our family. Hotel is very well situated with great river view through window. Room was very comfortable, clean with huge shower room and bath tub. Hotel is smoke free although there might be some guests who violates this rule. Hotel acts accordingly and issue fines for violations which means hotel does not tolerate bad behaviour by the guests. Happy family. I would recommend this hotel for my friends.

The location is excellent and convenient, offering a very authentic local vibe! The surrounding streets are frequented by locals, providing good value for money without compromising quality. **Facilities:** The hotel's interior furnishings are a bit dated, but it provides all the essentials. Though it's not a high-rise, each floor seems to have a good number of rooms (judging by room numbers, roughly 70+). There's only one elevator, located to the left of the lobby. The air conditioning is strong, and the shower water pressure is good. **Service:** Room and cleaning services were excellent, friendly and enthusiastic! However, some individual staff members at the front desk, particularly during the afternoon to evening shift, had a rather poor and dismissive attitude, speaking with a tone that felt more assertive than polite towards guests. **Transportation:** It's very convenient to reach Dongxi Alley, Xiaoyao Tower, Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas, and Elephant Trunk Hill. Getting around on an electric scooter makes accessing all these places even easier. **Sun Protection:** It's even hotter here than in Guangdong, so make sure to take precautions against heatstroke! Most people tend to stay indoors during the day and venture out in the evening.

We had an unforgettable stay at Boyard Hotel Guilin — truly one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, and we were surprised with a room upgrade that went far beyond our expectations. The upgraded room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and made our kids feel so excited and happy. The hotel itself is elegant and well-designed, with an amazing rooftop view overlooking the mountains and river surrounding Guilin — it’s the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful sunrise or sunset. We spent time up there just taking in the scenery, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. Breakfast each morning was another highlight. There was a great variety of delicious options, and what touched us the most was the thoughtful gesture from the staff — we once mentioned that our child loves broccoli, and the next morning, they made sure to include broccoli in the breakfast. Such personalized care is rare and speaks volumes about their hospitality. For families, the hotel has everything you could ask for — a playground, a claw machine with fun prizes, and a well-equipped gym for adults. Our kids were entertained and happy throughout the stay, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff: 晶晶, 小息, 小婷, and 小萍. Your kindness, warmth, and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and at home. A very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel is not far from Guilin North Railway Station and Wanda Plaza. There are several restaurants downstairs which are very convenient for eating. The newly opened hotel has a very good environment. The rooms are clean and tidy. The whole house is smart and very convenient. The bathroom and shower room are separated from wet and dry, and there are many kinds of toiletries. They are very considerate. The service of the ladies and gentlemen at the front desk is also very warm and thoughtful. They also took the initiative to introduce Guilin's tourist attractions to us. I am very satisfied with the hotel's service and will recommend it to us. Friends!

The brand is the brand, the environment is comfortable, although there are some minor shortcomings, such as no heating, they immediately arranged to change rooms, and the waiter's attitude was very good. The breakfast was rich and tasted OK. I always stay in this brand hotel

The bed was very comfortable and I slept very satisfactorily. The sanitary conditions are also good, the overall facilities are complete, the disposable slippers are made of thick fabric and have good workmanship, and the details are the highlight. The hotel is very close to Guilin High-speed Railway Station, just a few minutes' walk away. You can store your luggage for free, and the front desk lady and brother are also very nice. Recommended for travel and business trips, very convenient for travel, and the stay is still very comfortable!

Because we are taking the high-speed train at night So I chose to stay near Guilin North Station. Thought it was very close But it still takes 20 minutes to walk Dragging suitcases is tiring I saw there is a station pick-up Unexpectedly, it was said at 11:30 that the master was off work. I blame me for not paying attention It’s difficult to hail a taxi in Guilin at night I waited for a long time and no one took my order. The room is small but the price is right But the overall facilities are still very good The front desk service is also very good As an option for short stays at night It is cost-effective to choose it

My family had a wonderful stay at Mehood. The front desk workers were very helpful, especially since it was our first time here. The breakfast was nice and had a good variety. They also provided supper and small gifts for the kids. The weather was very cold, but the experience warmed our hearts.

Really nice place, located at the 28th floor, I enjoyed the stay and the view, the aunties that where cleaning the rooms where so nice and kind (literally the only people who where welcoming and greeting you). I used the laundry a lot, you can also dry the clothes. I recommend the place! I only have some pic of the view
