辦理入住小婷，小息很不錯安排的房間乾淨整潔，思思管家也很熱情，酒店設施還有免費健身房，自助洗衣機烘乾機，停車場都很方便，辦理入住的大堂在高層能遠看灕江風景很不錯，值得推薦。

酒店距離酒店地理優越，距離各大景區都非常近，步行就可以到達。
房間乾淨衞生設施齊全，非常喜歡這裏。
整體環境都非常不錯，太好了。
早餐也是非常豐富，每一樣菜品都好吃，特別喜歡這裏的米粉地瓜。

房間佈置得超級可愛，有卡通主題的床品
還有專門的小童小帳篷⛺和搖搖🐴和玩具🚗娃一進門就鑽進帳篷裏，玩得不亦樂乎
整個房間超ji大，放東西的地方也多，乾濕分離的衞生間方便。還有專門的小童遊樂園和健身房，露台，咖啡店，早餐豐盛，觀景效果好

在桂林的10天都入住在泊雅酒店，整體體驗非常滿意，特別感謝入住期間思思，晶晶，小婷和小息的服務。
前台非常專業，工作人員熱情友好，辦理入住手續迅速高效，還主動提供了周邊旅遊和餐飲建議，令人倍感貼心。
期間，家人身體小感不適，酒店員工特意安排了煲粥，非常温暖，還準備了桂林特色的伴手禮。
早餐種類豐富，中西式菜品搭配合理，食材新鮮，味道可口，尤其是現做的煎蛋和烘焙點心，令人印象深刻。
