入住宋品酒店後，晚上去施柏閣酒店吃晚飯。飯後上洗手間的時候，不小心把手機忘在了洗手間。準備坐電動車回房間時發現手機不見了，回去洗手間也沒有，前後也就五分鐘左右的時間。酒店人員在民警的協助下幫忙查看監控，經過一個多小時的調查，過程堪比警匪片，😄，發現了同一時間段進入衞生間的客人，並鎖定了客人入住的房間。一開始客人不承認，在民警的勸説下交出了手機。當時也是半夜了，就沒有繼續追究。非常慶幸酒店完善的安保設施。特別特別感謝照片中的三位工作人員，從建議報警，到在監控室查看錄像，態度都非常友好，不急不躁。找到手機後，還專門開電動車送我們回房間。這次入住也算是有驚無險。酒店環境不錯，宋品這邊的早餐也還可以，服務員黃女士熱情接待，對孩子也很照顧。

週末不知道去哪都想到會來這裏放鬆一下自己應該是第6次來了這次是跟朋友一起3個人出行的因為想一起玩住在一起更熱鬧和方便所以沒有分開定兩個房前台小吳不僅沒有因為我們是三個人住而額外加收還貼心的贈送了我們三個樂園通票讓我的兩位朋友都極大的好評！！環境還是一如既往的好但是餐廳還是一如既往的不太好吃如果能把餐廳變好吃我願意每次朋友和家人出行都選擇這裏！不過看在小吳的份上這些都可以原諒建議看到我這條評論的領導給予小吳大大的表揚我還會再來的！！

不愧是桂林頂奢酒店，自帶山水畫，性價比也高，相比市區的酒店更喜歡這邊。房間超級大，中式風格加自帶小院景，確實很美。管家小姐姐小吳全程服務在線，因為經常需要約車，經常麻煩她，大半夜的還發消息問她，非常感謝哈。下次來還選宋品。
