超滿意。剛到的時候，房間還沒有清掃出來，前台給出了非常暖心且快速的迴應。酒店本身環境很好，住的房間可以看到伏波山，早上起來在陽台呼吸新鮮的空氣，很想多待幾天。管家服務全程貼心，響應及時。專業且温暖。水果可以在大堂取，活動豐富，有非遺手工，頌缽助眠。餐廳質量好，服務到位。晚安甜品和伴手禮讓人賓至如歸，再來桂林還來這裏。

位置距離步行街5分鐘路程, 而且比較寧靜。
酒店風景特別好, 打卡一流。
酒店樓上的餐廳的食物很美味, 早餐的米粉很好吃, 晚餐再去吃, 比步行街的還要好吃, 而且還要平宜。
酒店的管家服務很好, 連晚上有湯圓食都預留給我們, 很貼呢...

這個酒店地理位置超讚，走路15分鐘就到逍遙閣，一直往前走就是一條景點路線。景色超好，就在付費景點洑波山旁邊，跟象鼻山很像的山，可以隨心在房間跟山拍照。
服務超好，到酒店之前就加了管家，提醒我象鼻山當日閉園，通知各種活動，還有送伴手禮，太晚洗衣服都有客服小姐姐上門取衣，第二天早上再通知放到房間。隨時聯繫管家的方式真的太方便了。
酒店頂樓的餐廳也很不錯，差點趕不上午餐時間，前台還幫忙聯繫，100元以下的雙人餐味道也很讚！早餐也有桂林米粉，臨走還可以讓我們帶走酸奶和蘋果～
