酒店的環境優美，十分清靜，而且附近有很多食店，非常方便。房間的佈局和設備很好，有雙洗手盆。此外，員工主動有禮，樂於提供協助，入住時更為我們介紹房間設備，令住客賓至如歸。另外，狐狸旅拍的化妝師、攝影師和員工十分有禮及專業，為我們拍攝了很多好看的照片。

元旦去到桂林，在市區選擇了CIAO酒店，體驗非常不錯！
🏨酒店環境：
酒店裝潢非常高級，是意式和中式的結合，既有意藴又很有格調！
🛏房間設施：
設施齊全，床墊非常舒服，浴缸旁邊還配備了全套的護膚精油、多種款式的浴鹽球、一次性浴缸套，房間內的沙發椅看着簡單但是坐上去非常舒服！在江景落地大窗旁邊看日落🌇，簡直不要太美！
🌟亮點特色：
酒店套餐裏包含了一份免費的旅拍，是狐狸旅拍FOX LOOK。
✅必體驗：這是我第一次體驗酒店裡的旅拍服務，因為冬天很冷，懶得去挨個挑選外面的旅拍店鋪了，想着是酒店裡拍，還是免費的，就預約體驗了一下。包含一套常服和一套民族服飾，款式很多都可以自選。本來是抱着試試的心態，沒想到拍出來效果特別好，尤其是民族服飾的肖像照，特別高級，跟外面那些網紅旅拍很不一樣，是注重皮膚質感、不會過度精修的那種高級肖像。我是約的當天最後一組，攝影師教我擺了很多動作，又耐心又細心，態度特別好，最後成片忍不住多挑了好幾張，很值！
🧳服務態度：很好！
停車時有服務人員幫忙指引停車、幫提行李箱，入住時前台第一時間幫我們升級了房型，還主動帶我們去看了更好的房型，果斷二次升級到江景！晚上睡覺前發現有機器噪音，打電話後立刻幫我們解決，客房部、前台還有工程部都第一時間來解決，響應及時，態度還特別好！臨走前還贈送了精油～

因為我和孩子偶感風寒沒法遊玩，感謝酒店給我們延遲更晚的時間退房。酒店設施都比較新，衞生很好，服務人員態度都很nice很周到。有個小建議，就是希望房間可以留個小窗用來通風換氣。😊
