老闆遠程加微信發房間密碼，我原以為是便利。但是到了地方，就是一公共公寓，出入自由。公共電梯狹小、一股沒黴臭味。四樓走廊有雜物堆積，隔壁兼掛其他公司辦公招牌。房內沖鼻一股黴味。浴室內洗髮水無，沐浴露留一個空瓶子，兩條舊花色毛巾掛在那裡，像是上一個住客留下的一樣。床也不是訂單裏的1.8米床，我立馬電話核實，老闆説床壞了，弄了張舊床頂替。這張老舊脱皮起斑的1.5米床，睡後一身癢。原來是近乎無管理無打理的狀態。這種缺乏登記、管理的所謂民宿符合《旅館業治安管理辦法》、符合平台規定嗎？
