It is not only a livable home for local residents, but also a window for tourists to experience the authentic life of Guilin. Our guest house is designed in the style of straw and wood. The tatami bed is made of elm wood. The grain of the elm wood is hard and soft, with a touch of freehand brushwork. It is also a homestay cafe compound space. “Fangji travel coffee Shop” on the first floor, with Guilin landscape nourishing coffee beans with a bowl of traditional guilin rice noodles, this is a dedicated to Guilin good morning ceremony. The nice lady at the reception upgraded our room because we were placed in a smoking room by accident instead of a non-smoking one like we booked. The amenities were plentiful, with a coffee place next door, affordable refrigerated drinks
The location is pretty good, about 5-10 min by scooter or taxi from the city center, and close to a great Guilin rice noodle place: Laodongjiang. The room was also nice and spacious, with a bath and nice little extras like soap, a shower cap, a comb, hairdryer, bottled water.

Every staff member was very friendly and helped me with all my needs, including helping me check my suitcase to another city.
