The hotel order cannot be cancelled after 0:08 on the same day after booking, which means it cannot be cancelled; 3. The small homestay mainly receives tourist groups, the room sound insulation is relatively poor, and there are relatively few individual guests. I booked a room for two nights. After arriving at the hotel, I saw that the room was relatively poor and noisy, and there were safety hazards. The request for a refund from the hotel was rejected, and the hotel asked me to communicate with Ctrip. I did not use any items in the hotel, and the room card was handed over to the front desk, and I immediately went to another hotel to check in. After many communications between Ctrip and the hotel, the request for a refund or partial refund was rejected.

A family hotel with all the comforts. Very nice, located in a spectacular place and with unbeatable service. Particularly noteworthy are the aesthetics and spaciousness of the rooms and the full breakfast they serve in the morning. I would always recommend it.
