The room was very big and clean, the biggest room I’ve stayed in for a long time. Some stains on the sofa were visible, the curtains and bathroom windows were on the dirty side but not a massive problem. The view from balcony is good, you can see the sunrise if you want. The staff are quite friendly, patient and helpful and were very accommodating. The breakfast selection was OK, and again the man serving the breakfast was very nice and friendly. It’s also within walking distance to Reed Flute Cave and the nearby lake which is great.

The parents were very nice. They helped with the luggage when we first arrived. We could also eat directly in the hotel. The food tasted good. It is worth mentioning that the Guilin rice noodles cooked by the boss himself for breakfast were very good. They were much better than the ones we bought outside for more than 20 yuan each.
