老牌五星酒店，設施陳舊，毛巾很舊了也不更換。客房的一位女經理態度很不錯，出了問題能儘量想辦法解決，但工程部的人就差點。酒店內的中餐館很不錯，味道好，服務好，環境好，值得推薦。酒店位置不錯，位於桂林兩江四湖邊上，去市區各景點都很方便。
