Fusheng Banri Hostel

Charming and exquisite hotel, very handy for Li River cruises departing from Zuijiang wharf (5mins drive) Our flight was delayed so we got to the hotel after dark. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed is so comfortable! After a good night's sleep, we opened the curtains to an amazing view. Neat vegetable patches, birds chirping, not a car in sight, mist over the tops of the mountains in the distance. This was the real rural China I had been looking for. We had booked tickets for the cruise the next day but wish we could have stayed longer to take in the serene atmosphere. The hosts cooked delicious Guilin noodles for breakfast with an enormous number of toppings and then drove us direct to the wharf and accompanied us to make sure we picked up our tickets and got onto the berth ok. Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to come back again.
