酒店，在桂林市中心，十字街附近，交通和餐飲都很豐富，前面就是桂湖，晚上可以湖邊散步，前台服務熱情周到，早餐也很豐盛！是個性價比超高的酒店！以後會常住！

入住房間很舒適，環境也不錯，酒店離市中心大概十分鐘路程，地理位置非常好，值得推薦，玩累了有一個舒適的休息環境會更加讓人愉悦的，房間趕緊整潔，有免費的礦泉水。前台小李服務態度好，服務熱情，還給我們免費升級了房間，值得推薦！

泊車的啊叔和保潔阿姨人很客氣很好，前台的話，服務其實也算合格，有求必應，但是其實有點小心思，故意告訴我就一個特價房，希望我升級，實際上是有兩個，這樣未免不夠真誠，美中不足。最後確實付費升級了。作為酒店人我還是認為管理人員應該培訓員工真誠對待顧客，畢竟在桂林，淡季酒店，200➕來説，一個真誠的服務是必須有的，希望管理還是要加強培訓吧。
位置是很好的，景色也很棒，周邊設施很齊全。吃喝玩樂都OK。
停車免費，距離不遠。也可以延遲退房，這些都很完美。
另外一個問題就是，房間的沙發很脆弱總是散架。。。完全用不了，門很難關，門框變形了。
酒店有公共洗衣房，但是就兩個洗衣機，而且晾衣服的平台沒燈，烏漆嘛黑的。房間的礦泉水，用的也不是好的品質。
總體來説，性價比合適，衞生也達標。但是我相信貴店仍然可以做的更好！
