我們是凌晨的高鐵到桂林北站，到後直接打個網約車去酒店，因為是凌晨4點到，無法安排入住，周邊也沒鐘點房了，但是店裡的3號保安大哥跟熱情給我安排了裏面的大堂休息，我們一家三口小憩一會，等天亮後就去象鼻山公園轉了一圈，9點多回到酒店，前台2號小妹妹知道我們凌晨過來一大早還去公園轉後還給我們免費升級了房間，👍總之服務很好。

在景區旁邊，入景區方便，有單獨入口，房間乾淨整潔，提供掛燙機，拍照換衣服解決了很大問題，服務人員都很好工號1、2、6三位工作人員非常貼心，態度很好，值得入住。

酒店毗鄰象山公園，有可以直接進入公園的通道。給人印象是整潔，設計舒適、舒心。尤其是前台的5號和8號小姐姐，很貼心的介紹酒店的設施，主動幫助搬運行李，點贊。有機會再來。
