客房裝修尚可，酒店比較新。入住後，未告知樓下裝修，工作日早上七點四十多就開始裝修，裝修的聲音能讓房間的傢俱都產生共振，就像用打磨機在耳邊打磨鋼材，完全不能忍受。如果這個是外因，那酒店的服務和體驗感就可以説是差到極點了。7點50打電話到前台詢問裝修噪音大的原因，前台接待員極其不耐煩加不負責，衹是敷衍説領導再來的路上了，來了再説，會給我們一個説法，便匆匆掛斷了電話。直至今日酒店沒有任何人用任何方式與我們聯繫，對我們不聞不問。最後沒有辦法是通過攜程才更換了酒店，並且是在攜程的一再要求下才同意房費打8折，這種毫無誠意的敷衍的的做法實在讓人費解。本來帶着一家老小來美麗的桂林旅遊，卻被這糟糕透頂的酒店住宿毀於一旦。不過好在桂林的景色真的美，心情也好了許多。強烈不推薦住這個酒店，不是因為裝修擾民，而是因為酒店絲毫不把客人當人看待的做法，永遠拉黑這樣的黑心酒店。
