酒店位置很好，離桂林站很近，衞生也挺好，不足的是浴室沒有配護髮素，對長髮女生很不友好，這個價位的酒店都有配啊，服務也挺好，能幫忙把衣服烘乾送到房間

登記的時候有個前台的工作人員服務不很好，沒告知我重新把房弄出來要多長時間，過了差不多50分鐘再去問的時候，説做一間房大搞要一兩個小時，請問你們酒店做一間房要一個小時，這樣的客房打掃的員工，你們酒店敢請嗎？還説有低樓層打掃好的我不要，要選高樓層，你們酒店的員工真行，都已經告知我三樓是乾淨但房間有異味，同樣的，換作你們你們會選有異味的房間嗎

服務滿分，工作人員都非常專業且友善，需要什麼物品打個電話五分鐘不到就送到房間門口了。衞生挺乾淨的，隔音效果也很好，十九樓餐廳風景很棒。酒店距離桂林站很近步行可達，從酒店打車到周邊景區均價十塊左右很方便，總之就是非常推薦！！！下次來桂林還住這家哈哈哈
