衞生:入住的時候床頭還有頭髮
服務:服務真的很一般，落下東西在酒店退房不到五分鐘就打了電話給前台了，説幫放在前台，結果去拿的時候説保潔打掃完房間已經扔了，我説我們出去很快就打了電話了怎麼可能那麼快就打掃完房間了，前台的回覆是保潔一直沒看微信，看到的時候已經打掃完扔了垃圾了，我真服了，沒回消息你不會打個電話嗎真是無語了！
