It's a great location if you like the quiet area. There are many public transport 6 minutes walking distance to main city guildford, from there you can take 40 minutes tren to London

Not providing sleepers, small fridge and toothbrushes in a room. Restaurant food, drinks and breakfast are good.

The location is great as it is near Royal Surrey Hospital. The customer service is not great.

The reception staff are very helpful. Food are good. Room is clean.

The service was excellent, food was good. Facilities were good. The location was not quite convenient if you are not driving. Room was simple and basic but clean. I booked it at discounted price so it is good value of money. May stay again if needed.

You need to pick up and carry your suitcases by yourself. There is no elevator 🛗. Since you were arranged on the 1/F (the next floor), you need to ask the counter attendant for help. So it is best to have a room on the 2/F floor so that you don’t have to climb the stairs.

The environment is acceptable for a foreign hotel... The service provided by the front desk guy is OK... There is a school next door... It is quite convenient... The breakfast is OK... It is worth staying
