非常差的入住體驗：1.當晚入住尾房自動斷電斷空調自動開關窗簾五六次，處理未果，強烈要求換房後，和客房、前台拉扯一番（具體不詳細表述），終於在晚上十一點半換了個頭房！2.頭房有弊端（注意，這個和房間朝向有關），頭房兩面玻璃，有非常濃烈煙味！而且非常熱！！！三個小時才降到26度！被子像冬天裏曬過的，劇熱無比！到凌晨4點被子的温度還沒有降下來，在蓋被子熱不蓋被子冷中翻轉一夜！3.智能設計有缺陷，入户無櫃門燈帶是聲控的，非常靈敏，要關掉它，需要喚醒小度關閉全屋燈光或者手動點擊屏幕關閉燈帶，但是如果再次亮起，需要再次點擊屏幕或者喚醒小度，一個晚上重複多次此操作。有小優點：1.小孩吃早餐免費，不管大小，2.停車不需領停車券，車輛可隨意進出。
