本來挺好的一家酒店，想給滿分的，有一點非常令人失望。大堂明明有禁煙標識，圖上這人在吸煙，我要求工作人員阻止，對方卻説“沒辦法”。要麼你們把禁煙標識撤了，要麼就做好你們的禁煙工作，別做爛事還標榜自己禁煙。失敗至極的管理。
