But only at this Jingang Avenue High-Speed Railway Station store in Guigang City, the sanitary environment has completely subverted my three views... The floor facilities in the room are old and unclean. The room smells musty, and the pillows and quilt covers feel wet. A group of us opened it Four rooms. The phone in every room could not be reached, and two of the rooms did not have a hair dryer and the air conditioner could not be turned on (the highest temperature in Guigang in those days was 29 degrees). The most shocking thing is that there is a KTV on the second floor of the hotel. Because I made the reservation online, I didn't know that there was a KTV on the second floor. Because I trust this brand, trust Ctrip’s platform, and saw a score of 4.8 (I now doubt where that high score came from), I booked this store. When we checked in at around 9 o'clock, we started to hear noises. When we started to fall asleep at around 11 o'clock, the singing voice became louder and louder. We couldn't fall asleep. At around 12 o'clock, we called the front desk on our mobile phone. The staff at the front desk said that they I called the police and asked them to lower their voice, but after more than an hour there was still loud noise. I called the main station a second time, but the noise remained the same. It wasn't until after 4 o'clock that the sound of singing disappeared. There were nine of us in the group and we couldn't sleep the whole night. It was a very maddening night. Since there is a KTV on the second floor, why are the third and fourth floors used as hotels? ? ?"
