I think the curly-haired guy at the front desk should be fired because he stayed up all night and rented a room as a couple. I swiped my ID card and he was able to tell me the names of other women. You don’t think I’m going to make trouble with you. What's the matter? It's ******** that you can just change it. Your training and on-the-job training are so messed up. Didn't the company management make it clear? Or should every couple in this hotel have to mention who the man and woman had booked rooms with before before booking a room?

酒店不錯呢，看到我訂單備註了要安靜的不要尾房，特意給我升級房間了，對這種在乎客人的態度真的很稱讚。下次肯定還是會選擇這家酒店的。房間不是很大,整體以舒適為主，房間也是智能的，挺方便的。地理位置優越，就在吃喝玩樂的一條街，離高鐵站幾分鐘的距離。性價比挺高的，蠻推薦的。

第一次來住雅斯特的酒店，聽説連鎖的，每個城市都有，想着來住住看，沒想到果然出乎我意料，住的很舒心，房間也很乾凈衞生，前台的服務也很不錯，不愧是連鎖的，服務都挺好的，在電梯裏看到每一個工作人員都會跟你打招呼的那種，素質高，服務好！前台還備有一些茶水，天氣熱得很，還給準備了冷飲，挺好喝呢！前台還有一些小零食，話梅橄欖陳皮呀，都挺好吃的，前台小姑娘也很機靈，我定的時候，沒有看房型，定了一個雅緻房，然後呢我就沒太注意，前台會在我去入住之前會提前和我説明白房型訊息，然後我説我睡眠不太好，就給我免費升級了房型，還給我備了一個耳塞！這服務，這態度！直接頂頂好了好吧！

來住了好多次了，每次來都住這裏，之前是跟朋友來住的，後面覺得不錯，衞生做的乾淨，然後前台也很好説話，很好溝通，説話温温柔柔的！前台還有冰飲料，做的挺好喝的！房間嘛！就是商務出差的那種房型，落地大窗，採光嘎嘎好！亮堂堂的！床和枕頭也很軟哦～房間智能的，可以聲控，也是相當不錯的！咋説呢！很推薦大家來住住看，如果不好，我也不會來住那麼多次！電梯還是刷卡的，很有安全保障的！
