New Gudauri Suites

The owner of the apartment is very kind and responsive to any questions. The place is very cozy, clean and with complete kitchen ware. Very close to the Gudauri ski resort. The view from the window is amazing. We will definitely come back again. I’m recommending this place too to all of my friends going to Gudauri.

Hello everyone, I wanted to write a review about my experience in this hotel to avoid further unwanted bookings. First the women in charge of bookings KHATIA contacted me to offer an external taxi service from the one of the hotel to get extra money and pay in CASH. The check in staff was sleeping in reception desk upon arrival (zero professional). The apartment doesn't look like in the pictures, much smaller, and very dirty (even hair in the mattress), also the booking to be paid only in CASH. But thats not the worst, as it wasn't as expected, we decided to change hotel and cancell this one on time as per the terms and conditions of the hotel. Due to this we started to receive threats and agressive behaviour from the customer service KHATIA and LUCA (supposed manager of the hotel). Please think twice before placing a booking on this hotel. There are much nicer hotels and people in the area.
