It is run by a family and honestly it feels like home. Very friendly and hospitable people. Beautiful location. Must visit. View from our room as it was snowing.

The hotel is very cozy, they light a fireplace in the evening, they take you to and from the ski lifts for free, the owner is a wonderful person. I recommend it.

Outstanding Customer Service. They have a great team. Saba, Ucha and Giorgi made sure that we have a wonderful time at the hotel. We stayed here for three nights and these guys made sure that we were very comfortable at all times. Breakfast was pretty good. We had our dinner a couple of times here and everything was amazing they also made us try their house wine which was wonderful. If you are a big family try to book their family room with terrace. We just can't wait to go back to spend another holiday in Hotel Tsiga Gadauri

George, Saba, and Ucha made everything perfect. Expect the best in class guest experience at Tsiga. They went above and beyond in every single aspect. Room service was top notch, just one call and they are at your door. They provided free pick/drop service to the ski lifts. Good breakfast. We even rented our ski gear for half the price here.
