The place have some cracks in the infrastructure, the paint of the walls is old and fading and falling apart , when taking a shower water splashes every where on the floor even if the shower door is closed.

The hotel here has been newly renovated and is relatively new, but there is still a little taste of decoration. It doesn't hurt to turn on the air conditioner more. The restaurant here is really first-class, the produce is very good, and the price is very reasonable. Whether it is a buffet or a la carte, they are very good, very good. I basically eat three meals a day in the hotel. fast Hotel service is very good. . I needed a car for a business trip to Machala. The front desk was busy and contacted the driver. There was a problem with the other party’s payment system and I couldn’t receive the money. The hotel charged a handling fee and paid for it for me. The rate is not high, very fair, and the service is very good good! ! Overall, this hotel is really worth the money, and I will choose this hotel again next time

The location was very good as it was about a 3 minute walk from the airport. There was a big bug in the bathroom, and the staff came and took care of it.

This hotel is a relatively old hotel in Guayaquil, very close to the airport, the room decoration is a little old, I feel that there are more mahogany, the traffic is very convenient nearby, and it is very safe.

Hotel is beautiful and secure. Food was excellent as well as service. My one piece of advice for management. Please put water and coffee stations on 18th floor throughout day and mainly at buffet breakfast. You are working your employees to death running around filling coffee and water. My thoughts are you could greatly benefit on your employees morale and customers ease of access. I understand the full service at lunch and dinner but everyone staying here should have full access and ease to coffee and water without having to wait or flag down employees. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunt are very nice and they should be given a raise.

This is a well run and friendly place, with more of a hostel vibe (and prices to match) than the boutique guesthouse the name suggests. We had a very large double room overlooking the main road and, beyond that, the malecón. Definitely well situated for restaurants and the waterfront. Rooms at the back are probably quieter. Breakfast was fine, tea/coffee, fruit, scrambled egg and bread. Liz on the front desk was really helpful and friendly.
