This hotel is a relatively old-fashioned hotel in Guayaquil. It is very close to the airport. The room decoration is a little old, and it feels like most of the mahogany. The nearby transportation is very convenient and very safe.

Amazing location just 3 minutes away from the airport and right across from the biggest mall in Ecuador Mall del Sol. Awesome staff in the hotel. From the front desk to house keeping. Staff in not only very professional and polite but very friendly as well. Front desk names: Karla, Viviana, Steven. Elite lounge restaurant: Genesis Esqui, Fernando Alvarado. Cook restaurant: Pamela Night time driver that pick me up on Friday night was so patient to wait for me in a delay flight. They went above and beyond with their services. Overall in you are planing to go to Guayaquil for vacation or business trip, the Sheraton hotel in the place to stay.

Excelente atención y servicio en el hotel, desde el transporte desde y hasta el aeropuerto. Definitivamente hay que volver aquí con más tiempo, para disfrutar de la hospitalidad ecuatoriana. Recomendable 1000%! Excelente lugar para congresos tambien!
