Very clean hotel and great hospitality. Even though it was my first time visiting Quayaquil I enjoyed my staying at this hotel. All areas very nice and clean the swimming pool and the gym were the two best spots for my two young boys. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions and concerns I really appreciated. I will definitely come back in the near future.

The place have some cracks in the infrastructure, the paint of the walls is old and fading and falling apart , when taking a shower water splashes every where on the floor even if the shower door is closed.

The hotel here has been newly renovated and is relatively new, but there is still a little taste of decoration. It doesn't hurt to turn on the air conditioner more. The location was very good as it was about a 3 minute walk from the airport. There was a big bug in the bathroom, and the staff came and took care of it.
