Guatape Hotels with Wi-Fi

Nos hospedamos en una cabaña con una vista preciosa sobre el embalse, pero las instalaciones y el equipamiento de la cabaña bastante básicas para el valor por noche. Lo peor: fuimos a comer con todos los amigos que nos hospedamos en el restaurante Praia del hotel y nos cobraron doble una cuenta de 800.000 pesos, en el banco quedó el débito efectivo y los del hotel olímpicamente nos dejaron el problema y nos pidieron que fuéramos a pedirle extracto bancario a nuestros amigos con quienes dividimos la cuenta, quienes también tenían los voucher efectivos. Su manejo de clientes pésimo. Adicionalmente, cobran por todo, parqueadero, atado de unos palitos para encender chimenea, desayunos a 70 mil promedio por persona, entregan 3 toallas, controles sin baterías…en fin no lo recomendamos…pésimo servicio

Amazing property nice and quiet. Check in was fast and very efficient. Room was great and in great condition . Spacious bathroom an nice view with jacuzzi on tje terrace with nice view . Wife had booked a massage and was very pleased with the attention received. Hotel also offer kayak and padfle board included in the price which the kids enjoyed. They also offer jetski and boat rental which we took and equipment was in good working condition. All in all a great place to stay

The rooms were gorgeous absolutely beautiful. Each room has a hot tub. The lighting for me in the room was a lit a little bit dark but I gave this establishment a 0 no no no5 because the host was so kind and truly watched over me like a hawk. He was making sure that I was safe and that my every need was attended to. In general people of Columbia are among the kindest I’ve ever met. Row boats, kayaks and paddle boards are free to use . I enjoyed taking advantage of every offering.which I did The grounds are stunning with. I never knew grew naturally..
