"Excellent hotel. Super easy to find and the staff is super nice. I didn't have an adapter for my phone and they lend me one. I thought the hotel was pretty fancy and super easy to get back to the airport using the shuttle. Would 100% recommend"
"The hotel with free shuttle service is perfect for air travelers who need a night of rest. We appreciated the 5:30 am shuttle. There were about 12 of us who were on that shuttle, meaning that 12 of us could not enjoy a coffee and a piece of bread since the dining room didn't open until 6 am. Otherwise, the hotel experience was very good!"
"I was satisfied with this hotel very much. I plannef to live here for many times many days. It's too bad that this hotel can not deposit the luggage for some days, only one day. But I can't always take the luggage with me. So I have to cancel all the later reservation in this hotel, and shouldn't come back again."
"The hotel shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and if it’s a peak period, it will not be possible to squeeze into the bus (no standing allowed). Receptionist are friendly, however, hotel does not have a tag to hang at doors to let them know no room service is needed, so one day you will get two knocks (one for cleaning and one for the pantry refill if needed) which can be very disruptive. There’s shampoo, hair conditioner, body lotion, two bar soaps and one shower cap provided. Toilet has a spray which is useful."
"During my stay at Sleep in Guarulhos in São Paulo, Brazil, booked through Trip.com, I encountered exceptional service from start to finish. The reception staff demonstrated impeccable customer service, promptly addressing a small issue with my booking without any hassle on my part. Their efficiency and professionalism ensured that my stay got off to a smooth start, allowing me to relax and enjoy my time at the hotel.
As a parent travelling with my 4-month-old, I was particularly impressed by the thoughtful amenities provided by the hotel. They provided a cot for my baby, which was not only of excellent size but also incredibly comfortable. It's always a relief to find accommodations that cater to the needs of families and Sleep in Guarulhos exceeded my expectations in this regard.
Of course, one of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet, which offered an impressive array of options to suit every palate. From continental favourites to hearty breakfast dishes, there was something for everyone, and the quality of the food was outstanding.
Overall, my experience at Sleep in Guarulhos booked through Trip.com was nothing short of excellent. From the exemplary customer service at the reception to the comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfast options, every aspect of my stay was memorable and enjoyable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers looking for a wonderful experience in São Paulo."
"Facilities: This is a fairly new hotel, opened in 2014, but only 13 square meters. It's a very basic Ibis style room with just a bed and a desk. The hotel is quite clean.
However, there's no refrigerator in the room. If you need to keep something cold, you can ask the front desk to store it in one of the two small refrigerators in the storage room.
Rooms facing the road can be noisy."
"I'm posting a picture of the central lobby.
The accommodation is ideal for staying near the airport at a low price. In addition, it was very convenient to provide airport pick-up and drop-off service, and the staff are very friendly!!!"
"The hotel was the most comfortable and the hotel was the location, it took us only 10 minutes to reach the airport (by 3 a.m.), the friendly staff and the normal Ibis hotel. However, I think the facilities are a little disappointed, the bathroom door of the room where I hosted (stage 15) was wrongly fitted and did not close, there was no bathing shampoo**** (the bottle was empty), The lift was old (it had a glass grinding on the top) I think by the price per night they could re-model the facilities. I have already visited other Ibis, 1 in Peru and this is the second in Brazil and it disappointed me a little, I thought they would be like the previous ones where I hosted."
"Typical transit hotel very close to Sao Paolo airport Guarulhos. I had a small room in first floor not far from reception. Room was clean and comfortable, can’t hear airplanes much. Staff friendly and helpful. In morning hotel serve normal buffet breakfast."

Amazing
GGuest UserThere is a shuttle bus, the breakfast is rich and delicious. If you are transiting in Sao Paulo, you can stay here. It is a very good hotel and the surrounding area is also safe. It is worth recommending.
GGuest UserWonderful! I recommend! It's super close to the airport and the hospitality and professionalism are the icing on the cake! I booked a room because of the bathtub but due to a small error, they put me in a room without a bathtub. I informed reception, who promptly changed my room and even gave me an upgrade at no extra cost. Felipe was super friendly and attentive, as was everyone who helped me during my stay. Another convenience was the hotel's shuttle to the airport. I will definitely stay there again!
GGuest UserFrankly at the price it charges and the fact that it's within a close range to the airport, my question is why not?
The lady there she even provides you with some breakfast.
Here's the thing, just as you arrive at the airport use either Uber or the official metered taxis. I got ripped off by the dude who says he drives an executive taxi and to get to the hostel (Hostel Lize) I paid 42 dollars whereas in reality ist is like 5 bucks. By the time you realize you are scammed it is too late as you are at the destination. Just a top for you...
But again the hostel, it makes sense to spend your night there.
FFred_HaoThe hotel is relatively close to the airport, but it is not as good as the Mercure in China. It is a bit similar to the express hotels in China. The breakfast is OK, the same thing every day, generally there is no change.
GGuest UserHotel very well located, close to the international airport of Guarulhos. It has transfer to the airport, very large and spacious rooms. Breakfast is varied and the restaurant is open at night. Hotel Slaviero is certainly a great option to stay!
GGuest UserThe hotel sells rooms by the hour. So if you want to sleep an hour before your flight, that's no problem. It's very clean, the staff works 24 hours a day so it's cleaned non-stop. The hotel is located in the terminal so you don't have to worry about transfers. The bathrooms are shared but they are cleaned after each client so it's always clean. The room only had a bed, mirror and sockets. Charge your phone, power banks and sleep.
LLKHAGVASURENI have been in the Monreale Plus Guarulhos hotel a few times. There are friendly and helpful front desk, Every time they have excellent services. I want to express my gratitude specially for Mayla who is working in the front desk. Thank you very much for everything. See you soon again Monreale Plus Guarulhos hotel's Team
AAttilioAIRSIDE hotel, meaning it's located after security and exit passport/immigration control.
This hotel is the absolute best option if you have a long connection and/or early flight. Please note that because it's located airside (in the internal departures area) you need a valid, scannable boarding pass in order to access it. The only possible downside if that if there is any issue with getting your boarding pass (for example the day before, if like me you wanna sleep there and be ready to go to your gate the day after) that will always be a risk, as it will likely be too late to get a refund on your booking.
However, other than the risk with the boarding pass, this is absolutely the best hotel location wise. It was extremely clean, good bed, shower, room, etc, perfect. Also, I don't smoke, but it may be of interest to some travellers that they have an outside, open air garden, inside the hotel for smokers.
MM22572****Not bad, close to the airport, with shuttle bus, breakfast is OK, suitable for continuous travel, I booked it for the second time. Although the room is small, the bedding is very comfortable, so I booked it for the second time.
