Everything is fine. Have a shuttle bus from airport (GRU) to hotel is convenient for the customer.

The hotel service was incredible, the staff were super polite and attentive, I just thought the bar was a little expensive, but it's an airport hotel, the breakfast was amazing!!!! And the rooms were very clean and smelled nice

設施：24年開業很新的酒店，但衹有13平，很簡約的ibis，房間衹有一張床和一個桌子，酒店還算乾淨。 但房間裏沒有冰箱，需要凍東西衹能讓前台幫忙存在儲物室的兩個小冰箱。 靠馬路的房間噪音會比較大

La recepción se confundió de reserva y me hicieron pagar nuevamente, se dieron cuenta que estaban equivocados y me devolvieron el dinero, pero bastante burocracia para la devolución eso me molesto un poco por su falta de información sobre el cliente, deberían preguntar correctamente los nombres en reserva para que no se confundan gracias.

我訂的房型可能不好，原本想可以休息好的，但是房間太小了，床也小，沒辦法轉身，其他中規中矩吧，早餐沒什麼吃
