The hotel is in a great location, although there is only one person working the desk at the time, he was incredibly helpful in assisting me with a few different things. Beautiful view and great bathtub!

The only thing I like about this hotel is the LOCATION and the VIEW. If you book executive class apartment still there's is zero cleanliness. Plus you can't use their stove If you book it for a day or so. The half of the electricity sockets were defective - hair dryer defective - cattle was burnt from inside. Overall except the 'Window Wide River View' my experience was quite bad, and If i knew before i would have found a better hotel.

Too dirty and broken furniture , door, wall and washer machine. I had to wash my clothes so reception got theme to wash so o have to wait morning and one of my clothes has rust stain. Dont stay . You can find more better place in same building.

Room was amazing , service staff were so cooperative. I booked a two single bed room but they give me two single bed including one master bed room. Location of room is best it’s very near to canton fair ,near to canton tower and near to metro station. Inside room fridge and washing machine facility were not available .wife ,window , drinking water , hot water , ac were available. I will try to book again once I will come back to Guangzhou china

Not at all recommended doors not intact and flooring is not good it's very old property and no one cares there

Definitely a great place for accommodation! The checkin service was efficient with warm welcome, and the room itself is such a great value of money. With good city views and modern facilities, simple but clean. Would recommend to others and will pick this again in the future:)

Very, very good. I booked a king-size bed room, and the front desk lady upgraded me to a suite, which is very big. The service attitude was very good, and she also helped me to check out late. This is my second time staying here, and I will come again next time.

The access experience is very poor, only for reference by friends who are going to stay. There are two main points. 1. I thought that the elevator in the apartment description would go directly to the front desk of the apartment on the 44th floor, so I followed the crowd to get on the elevator, but I didn't go up. I called and found out that the front desk was on the first floor. Then the front desk didn't say anything about service, and said in a blaming tone: "Didn't you see that other guests were boarding on the first floor?" It's very strange that it's written like this in your description and it's still the guest's fault. Then the front desk was still mumbling and blaming the platform: Ctrip didn't let us change the description. Okay, you guys can solve your own problems without me, a guest, saying it, okay? 2. I wanted to take a shower after entering the room because I was tired after catching the flight. I usually use the big shower head above. After taking a shower, I found that the bathroom was not cleaned at all, and there were cigarette butts that were not cleaned up. I don't know if it was left by the previous batch of guests. I found that the bathroom ceiling peeled off, and a lot of latex paint peeled off the floor. I was disgusted all of a sudden. I didn't know how much I had on my body after I washed it. I told the front desk that they wanted me to go downstairs and change rooms. I asked if they could check the actual situation of the room first, but I didn’t want to. Then I packed my luggage and went downstairs from the 40th floor to the front desk again. The most speechless thing came: they asked me @ how do you want to solve it? Do you want to upgrade the room or stay in the same room as now? "I answered: You see (I really want to see how they solve the sudden situation caused by their own problems), and then the front desk said: "Okay, I will help you change to the same room as you are now." I said: OK. There was no apology during the whole process. I really felt the quality. I was speechless...

I have stayed in this hotel for several times, all of which were king-size rooms. The beds were quite comfortable and the rooms were quite large. The handsome guy at the front desk upgraded me to a suite this time. It was larger, with a living room, more spacious, and more relaxing. The view near the river was great. If I wasn't in a hurry to do something the next day, I would have liked to sleep a little longer in the room.
