The room was good, there was free parking, it was clean, and there were a lot of tools at the front desk, such as earplugs, sewing kits, toothbrushes, rubber bands, etc. The only problem was that the room near the road was the noise, but everything else was OK.

I booked a double room. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk was very polite and thoughtful. There was someone to help with parking and guidance. The guy at the front desk also took the initiative to help upgrade the room type for free, from a standard room to a deluxe room, and gave me a free breakfast coupon, which was particularly worthy of praise. The only drawback was that because I had to get up early the next morning to take my mother to the hospital, it was not the breakfast time, and I communicated with a waitress in the restaurant to eat earlier, but she didn't cooperate at all; then when it was time to eat, I planned to pack a breakfast for my mother and bring it to the room after I finished breakfast (because the restaurant was on the 7th floor, the elevator only went to the 6th floor, and my mother, a patient, could not go to the 7th floor). After explaining the situation to the waitress just now, she refused to pack it many times. The service attitude and service awareness were particularly poor. I was completely angry and had a quarrel with her. This should not be the service level in Guangzhou today. I suggest that the hotel manage it. I was originally very satisfied with it, but this matter has completely changed.
